Pole Flow involves a variety of movements and transitions in a fluid and continuous manner, creating a sequence with flow.
Pole Flow
Pole Flow envolve uma variedade de movimentos e transições de maneira fluida e contínua, criando uma sequência com fluxo.
In these classes, the focus is on smooth, elegant movements that incorporate spins, twists and poses (less focus on tricks, more focus on transitions).
Spinning Pole
In Spinning Pole class the focus is learning choreographies or a set of moves with the pole in spinning mode. The main goal is to perform moves smoothly and in a sequence.
Low Flow
In Low Flow the main focus is the execution of sequences around the base of the bar, sometimes making transitions to the floor. For example, practicing pirouettes, walking around the bar, leg waves, among others.
In Pole Flow it is common to go up to the bar, while in Low Flow classes we also incorporate several transitions to and from the floor.
Exotic Pole
Exotic pole dance is a dance form that focuses on using the pole as a prop to perform sensual and fluid body movements, creating a sensual atmosphere.
This style is often danced with platform heels.
Pole Arte
At Pole Arte the focus is on bringing personality, expression and creativity to the classic pole dance exercises.
Connect with your emotions and learn to express yourself through your body, how to expand your movement and draw lines in space. Bring a dose of drama to your days, build narratives and have fun with the art of telling stories through dance.
Aéreos
It involves performing spins, poses and falls on a suspended metal hoop (aerial hoop) and flying pole (pole dance bar suspended from the ceiling).
With your body positioned high up in the air, you will be able to really stretch yourself and achieve the ultimate muscular workout, due to the limitations that come from being based on the ground.
Aulas privadas
Private classes in a dance academy are an excellent option for dancers who want to receive personalized attention and tailor their training to their specific goals and needs. In a private class, a dancer works one-on-one with a trained instructor, allowing them to focus entirely on their technique, musicality, and performance skills.

In our flexibility classes, we focus on improving the body's flexibility by stretching muscles, tendons and ligaments.
These classes generally involve a series of static and dynamic stretches that target specific muscle groups and help increase range of motion in joints. In addition to taking care of your body, it also helps relieve stress. A body and mind in harmony!

Now you can train with us, from the comfort of your home!
By relieving muscle tension, responsible for back, neck, head, and leg pain, you will feel much better in your daily life. Online flexibility classes ultimately work on posture, making your body lighter, longer, and more agile.

However if you can't make the classes on this schedule, you will have the opportunity to take the classes when you can, as the classes will be reposted to a private Instagram group, so you can train when and where you feel like it. And who knows, even repeat the classes?! If you are really motivated!
